01Scope and acceptance
• These terms govern your access to Quantum (the "Platform"), including the website, web app, charts, indicators, signals, automation, credit wallet, and related services.• By creating an account or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and the Disclaimer.• If you disagree with any part, stop using the Platform.
02User accounts
• Register with a real email and accurate information. One person, one account.• You are responsible for password security and every action under your account.• Do not share, rent, resell, or transfer the account or license to a third party.• Users must be 18 or older and have full civil capacity.
03License
• The Platform grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the desk while the license is valid.• Copying, reverse engineering, extracting indicator algorithms, scraping, or using the Platform to build a competing product is prohibited.
04Payments and credit
• Plans and credit are paid in USDT (BEP20) to the address shown inside the live product. Credits post only after an administrator reviews the transfer.• Credit is an internal unit for paid actions. It is not a deposit, does not earn interest, and does not convert back to cash.• You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network to the displayed address. A wrong network or address can be permanent and unrecoverable.• Pay only the address shown in the product. The team never messages first to ask for a transfer, a password, or a wallet key.
05Term, renewal, and expiry
• A license lasts for the pack you bought, counted from approval.• The Platform may show an expiry reminder. Renewal is your action before the end date.• There is no automatic recurring charge.• When a license expires, paid features lock. Account data and history stay stored.
06Refunds
• Because a digital product unlocks on activation, approved payments are generally non-refundable.• Duplicate payments, overpayments, or a system fault that left a license inactive can be reviewed if you contact support with the transaction id within 7 days.• An approved refund is returned in USDT to the source wallet after network fees.• Trading losses, bot results, or signal results are not grounds for a refund.
07Affiliate program
• Commission posts only on approved payments, at the tier rates shown in the product at the time.• Self-referral, fake accounts, spam, or false profit claims cancel commissions and can lock the account.
08Trading accounts and third parties
• The Platform can connect your broker account through a gateway. Margin, leverage, fees, and fills belong to your broker.• Quantum does not hold funds, does not take a mandate over capital, and is not a broker.• You are responsible for symbol, size, SL/TP, and risk limits before turning automation on.
09Prohibited conduct
• Do not use the Platform for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.• Do not attack, scan, overload, exploit, or interfere with the system.• Do not impersonate the team or use the Quantum brand to raise capital or promise profit to others.
10Intellectual property
• Source code, indicator algorithms, interface design, training material, brand, and logo belong to the operator.• Content you create (custom indicators, bot config, notes) stays yours. You grant the Platform the right to store and process it as needed to run the service.
11Administrator rights
• Administrators may suspend or terminate an account, revoke a license, and turn features off for terms violations, payment fraud, affiliate abuse, account sharing, or risk to the system or other users.• Serious violations can lock the account immediately, without notice, and without a refund.• The Platform may pause part or all of the service for maintenance, upgrades, or a lawful request.
12Limitation of liability
• The Platform is provided as-is, without a warranty of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.• To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect loss from use of the Platform, including trading loss, lost opportunity, lost data, or orders that fail or mis-route because of a connection, gateway, broker, or data vendor.• If liability arises, total compensation will not exceed the amount you paid the Platform in the 3 months before the event.
13Changes
• Terms may change with the product or the law. The latest version is always on this page.• Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14Governing law and contact
• These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should be negotiated in good faith before a competent forum.• Questions go through the official channels listed in the in-app Support panel. Trust only contacts verified there.
